The capital city of the Realm of Beasts; The Palace of Nour is just on it's outskirts. Black market dealings happen rather blatantly and without penalty, and beast hunters and taverns run rampant.

Realm of Beasts
A desert realm wrought with canyons, caverns, underground chambers. The realm is very dangerous, and named for the monsters that live here, as well as the beast hunters that spend so much time there. Vampires and werewolves are most common here.
